Mail Merge from Outlook

Hi, this is my first post and I am having some problems with the mail merge feature in Outlook and hope somebody can give me some help with it.

I am running exchange 2003 and I have Microsoft Outlook open with me (Matt Banks) as the default mailbox, I also have added another mail box which is our Newsletter mailbox. I want to create a mailmerge so that the information sent in the email is sent from the newsletter mailbox but everytime the merged email is sent it has been sent by Matt Banks even though I am using the contacts in the Newsletter mailbox. Can anybody help with this at all?
