4 Questions

Hello again,
I do have a few questions ..
Since I had to reinstore windows over the phone with dell ,
I get this message
I.)
Web site not Responding.
504 connection time out .
Experiencing Technical difficulties, due to busy or broken server .
But clicking several times ,sometimes it works .
II.)
This question is just a matter of interest
Also for some reason my wallpaper changed to "INTERNET EXPLORER WALLPAPER" any reason way please (I did change to plain blue again ,because I read if complicated wallpaper ,PC start up takes longer)
III.) again matter of interest and puzzles me
When I log in before internet connection , I get this pop up ..
Zone Alarm Alerts me YES /NO
Do you want Spooner sub system access internet ,
Where does that come from ?? How do I dispose of it .
VI.) this one really bucks me and ask same question in another FORUM .
The answer was in there .AOL sucks
Here is my problem .
When I’m in yahoo game (Chinese Checkers) and click the red x I get this .
This is what I get all the time ,
This program is not responding .-
To return to window and check the status of the programe ,click cancel.-
If you choose to end this program , you lose all data .
END NOW-----------CANCEL
I have to click END NOW and start all over again and after a little while same again .
It does not happened over INTERNET EXPLORER BROWSER , only AOL .
AOL told me , because my driver is a few years old 27/82001 ,
I should up date it and to get in contact with DELL ,which I did per e/mail with no response from DELL .
I purchased my XP home 4400 from DELL 9 months ago .
I did look at the MODEM /DRIVER ,do I just click UP DATE DRIVER ?and if so ,
do I have to be connected to the internet too ?? Can I also reverse the update in case of further problems .
As usual , thanks for any response .

You should scan for virus.

Yes you have to be connected to internet to update your drivers. You should install the newest driver for your modem. There might be one at the Window Update site.
