reboot in batch file

I have a batch file that performs chkdsk with scheduler
I need to reboot the system (xp pro) after it finishes the non system drives so that it can chkdsk the system drive
Is there a way to do it?

i have a problem in startup. becouse of appearing a messege missing file C:\wondows\command.com
