slow loading

Hello, I recently posted on one of the other topics and my problem was successfully resolved, so I thought id use this place again. I play Joint Operations, and I have for some time now. When I first started playing my graphics worked fine and my game loaded really fast, but now sometimes the gfx screw up all over the screen, and it takes me a good 5-10 minutes to join a server, can anybody help me please. (everything used to run slowly with the game until the last few months) I was wondering also if dust would be the problem? Sorry if i have posted this under the wrong topic.
