can outlook 2002 leave a copy of e-mails in my web based inbox.??

hi chaps and chapesses, I have started using outlook 2002 and have set it up with my mail.com account. Is there any way i can collect my mail from this inbox whilst leaving a copy behind as it just takes the e-mails and removes them completely which means I cannot access my e-mail from another computer.??
