Virtual bouncer ??

I have a program running running on my PC called virtual bouncer
Its a spyware program
How it got on my pc i don't know
I can hit ctrl alt del and end task this will shut it down
I have searched for the program have even gone to the registry and deleted it there but it will still run on next boot up.
Has anyone else had this problem
or can sugest how to find it so it can be deleted

Also have a file Counterspy.exe on my desktop which will not delete
Any advice much appreaciated

It doesn't matter how it got there, now you have to remove it.

Manual method of removing this pest is like this:

Find these Executable Files and delete them:
systemroot+\downloaded program files\bundleouter1132031209.exe
vbouncerinner.exe
installt.exe

Find Registry Items and Delete:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\vb and vba program settings\vbouncer


Find these Files and delete:
systemroot+\downloaded program files\bundleouter1132031209.exe
installt.exe
vbouncerinner.exe
commonprograms+\virtual bouncer\virtual bouncer.lnk

I run a search on my pc for the files
bundleouter1132031209.exe
vbouncerinner.exe
installt.exe
None were found
I find virtual bouncer in the registry but when i delete it it is back when rebooted.
And when i Ctrl alt del i find it running again.

Turn off System Restore then go through the removal method again.

Not sure where to find system restore to turn it off
could you please give me a bit more information
