How do I record and save online streaming windows media/ real streaming? I want to save that recording

Do a Google search for "capture streaming video" or "capture streaming audio" for links to lots of resources and capturing software.

You might have some luck with this:
Go to local disk, whatever letter yours is, then if not already done go to tools/folder options/view//enable hidden files and system files to be viewed, then go to adm. docs and settings/local settings/temp internet files/view details by file size and woot ! The streams might be there, might not. Works for me, Good Luck~!
