program problem

Not sure if this is the right problem for this site. I downloaded window blinds and am having a problem with it. The download went fine but the skins are not showing up in my display. I know I have the skins in folders.Thanks for your help.

After you downloaded it, did you install it? If so, did you do the reboot the newest version requires to complete the install? If so, is there a WindowBlinds icon in the Notification Area (where the time is displayed)?

Don't take offense as what may be pretty basic questions. I don't know how much you know so I just started at the beginning.
