I work for a hospital in New York. We are going to start using PTH Images . These are the requirements to use the PTH Image Feature:

With this enhancement, a new PTH Images Feature is added to the PTH Module to
allow you to incorporate images onto Pathology reports and add and view pictures
in the Images data section.

I. Requirements to Use the PTH Images Feature
To use the PTH Images feature, the following is required:

1. A Windows(R)-based image server.

2. If you archive images, a Windows(R)-based server is used for archiving
images.
(Note: you cannot change references to images archived on this machine).

3. Meditech Workstation 4.15 or greater running on a Windows(R) PC.

4. VMagicAT(C) for annotating images.

5. Windows(R) should be setup to accept long file names.

My question is what is requirement #4: VMagicAT(C) ? Any help would be appreciated.
