Cannot uninstall Corel application

First post here. Wonder if anyone can help me sort this please. I want to uninstall a very old version of Corel Print House (which is running on my XP Home PC, although I think it dates back to W95 days). But Add/Remove doesn't include the program. And if I run the CD, and accept the option to Uninstall (there's no Install option), I get a message "Cannot start the Corel Uninstaller - it may have been deleted."
Yet Corel Uninstaller is on the Add/Remove list.

Full circle!

Any ideas how best to proceed please?
