Help, I can't seem to open a .pkg file!!

Hi Everyone

Im having some problems trying to opening up a file which I downloaded. Its a " .pkg " file, which windows does not seem to know much about. Iv tried searching for a plugin on the net, which I can't seem to find.
The file which I downloaded is to be used for a P2P network.
Can anybody help?

According to this page, it's a Mac OS compressed installer package.
