How to change the MSPaint cursor

Hello forum members,

Is there a way to change the cursors in MSPaint? I would like to change the paintbrush cross-hair cursors to a pencil- or pen-shaped one, at that a personally designed one that is more visually aligned with the way I hold my tablet pen. The "pencil" in MS Paint points down, I would rather have it point upward.

Interesting question. I'd sure like to find this out. I did a Google search and couldn't come up with anything. I use Photoshop with my tablet pen - this might solve your question.
