Driver Recovery CD

The other day I was watching I went to watch a video and it didn't have any volume. I went out to go buy new ones and got them and then noticed that one of the settings in the control panel was on mute. The original 'broken' speakers started to then work. Yesterday my volume went out again. This time nothing is on mute, and when I tried to install Windows software from the internet for volume control it said I had no audio device. My drive has had problems taking files off of CDs, and that's why when I put in my driver recovery CD it doesn't work. I know that I can re-install my audio files back into my computer if I have the audio install, and I was wondering if anyone could give me the file(s) needed to get this working. I think I only need the install.exe file though in the CD. Thanks for any help with this.

Info on CD:
Driver Recovery CD
PCV-RX500 Series
Version V45.0

This is the link to Sony, they only show drivers for a CD/RW and a DVD drive http://esupport.sony.com/perl/swu-li...ype=Everything

Hope this helps
