MusicMatch 10 help

Hello friends,

I did not know if this is the proper place to ask, but I thought I would try since I cant seem to get an answer from MusicMatch themselves.

I reformatted my computer and before I did that, I used windows wizard to backup my system to my "D" drive. It worked fine. Then, after I formatted my system, I reinstalled Musicmatch 10 and other programs I had, then I restored to my "C" drive, but when I opened my MM and logged in, my library was gone. My library that I have been building for a long time. Is there something that I can do to restore it? I am running XP Pro, my system is 2.8ghz P4, with 2 - 80gig hardrives.

Hi Morriah,
I don't see that anyone has answered your query. I wish I could be more helpful, but here are some ideas:
1) Go online and ask about restore options under the Windows Backup Wizard. Someone might have an idea.
2) Could it be that Windows Wizard actually restored your MM Library, but when you re-installed MM 10.0, it overwrote it with an empty library?
