Windows Washer 6.0

i just downloaded full retail version of mininova . i did a about 5 washes no problem then i did another wash and it deleted items on my desktop ,winrar,internet explorer mp3s and mainly deleted my winmugen folder and i now lost it all it there away to recover this data? any tool that can get it back? hope somebody can help me
