Hello, before software can be put in software sites, they say you need a PAD ID. I needs others to tell me what those are and where you get them. Thank you very much. Tami

Hi, I guess its not called a pad ID but a "regnow ID." I don't know what that is. Some web sites when you try to submit software they ask you what your "regnow ID" is. I would like to know what that is. Please let me know. Here are a couple of examples on submitting to software sites.

I also need to know what a PAD xml is for? Please let me know, thank you very much.

Hi Tami.

The Pad file ID you don't know about, is not an id,

regnow id, is a special id you have if your are a member of regnow.com.
regnow.com is an online payment gateway, that means if you have a website, and you want to sell your software through it, then sign up at regnow.com and submit your software there, then costumers will use their gateway so you get your money.

Now a PAD file is "Portable Application Description" it is a file holding all information about the software you are about to sell, eg. price, url to download, a description an much more.

for must software submitting sites where you can submit your pad file, you have the opportunity to enter your regnow id or maybe other payment gateway id's. it is not required.

best regards
Jones at dd-soft.com
