How Do I Delete My Msn Account Completely

Hey, I had my Msn account hacked a couple of weeks ago and this person insists on continually using my account to abuse other people. I have tried absolutely everything to access the account to delete it, ive tried Msn help, but still nothing! I'm getting so fed up of this as they are spreading things about my personal life and causing me lots of problems. If anyone could help me with this i could be so grateful.

Here are couple of link to get you started.........personally, If I couldn't get MS to cancel the account, I would get the police involved....After all we are talking about some sort of identity theft.

Try and contact Microsoft to see if they can delete it some how / ban access to the account.

Give them a ring if need be.
