I have read your posts and hoped that one of you with more computer experience than me could help me. I used Norton's Go-back system restore feature to a previous safe point on my computer (my Internet Explorer program wasn't functioning). This solved my connectivity problem. I now have a new problem. When I went back to the safe point it took away important files that I now have no idea how to restore. Has anyone ever encountered this problem and know how to get back my files? If it was just one file it wouldn't be a that much of a problem but all of my accounting program files were deleted and it is so close to tax time I don't have time to redo everything.
