I have some 5 computers all of them connected to a heavy duty printer (
The Xerox printer more precisely ).Lately there has been a tremendous
increase in the consumption of A4 sheet and the ink cartridge
simultaneously.I doubt that my employees are using the printer for their personal
use,printing documents from the company's computer and hence misusing
the same.Is there any way to check this ? See there are too many
documents to be printed in our company in a day so the company provides the A4
sheet in bulk plus there couldn't be any authority to supervise the
employees the whole day.In case there's any software which could help
