Very rough hijack this...

Ok...i've been trying to figure out how to get rid of this one for a while, and cant seem to figure out what keeps bringing it back..

First a popup keeps popping up about the Blackworm virus, it is a website posing as microsoft security center, but is obviously fake..prompting me to buy winantiviruspro 2006...i've heard of a few viri that may do this..does anyone have a clue from this log? Many thanks in advance..im finally stumped on one haha
