awesomely infected computer of mine

hey you guys...
i have a computer that i use for my college ... the thing is that i HAVE to use IE which really sucks and i just scanned my computer ...
i just got rid of tons of trojans... and the thing is that there are a couple more tht i just am afraid of deleting...here are the names...

1.
NAME: dfrgsrv.exe
LOCATION: C:\WINDOWS\system32
TYPE: Win32:Zlob-BL [Trj]

2.
NAME:nvctrl.exe
LOCATION: C:\WINDOWS\system32
TYPE: Win32:Zlob-BL [Trj]

i understand that they are system files and that they should NOT be messed with ... but ... i dont know if they will destroy my com.

PLZ help!!!!
