EMail text missing

My wifes PC has XPHome and she uses Outlook Express for email. This morning she started getting emails, sender and subject showed OK, but when she clicked on a mail to view the message there was no message there! We are also on a Linksys network, I have 2 additional PC's that are wireless. They are getting emails OK. I can send a new mail, or forward one that I have, with text, to her address and she has no text. Since I use Thunderbird I installed Thunderbird on her PC and we still have the same problem. Is there an error in her OE setup that carried over to Thunderbird? Is it a network thing? I have never seen this before. Can anyone suggest a cure?

The Microsoft Knowledge Base article, Outlook Express message appears blank and has an ATT000XX.txt or an ATT000XX.htm attachment says to:
1. In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. On the General tab, click Delete Files, click OK, and then click OK again.
3. In Windows Explorer, click to expand the hard disk letter, click to expand Windows, and then click to expand Temp.
4. Select all of the files, and then on the File menu, click Delete.
5. Click Yes.

If that doesn't work, go to Start>Run, type "regsvr32 inetcomm.dll" (without the quotes), click OK. See if that fixes things.
