i need help with my ZoneAlarm

im new here, please make it easy.
i just installed ZoneAlarm pro.
in preference tab, i checked Load ZoneAlarm at startup but it doesnt work.
i restart my pc and it dosnt load, it needs to make manual
could anyone help me with this?

im no expert by any means,and i may well be wrong,however i had the same trouble with a programme once, and was told it may be that the D/L was corrupt in someway.

so i uninstalled the prog and then re D/l it again, and the problem went away.

as i say im no expert, and maybe someone will come along shortly with a better solution,but have a try see what happens

I actually agree with what you've just said, if removing the tick and putting it back in there doesn't work, try and repair it some how, if that fails, then re-download it.

ok, i just do it, i uninstall and reinstall again
and now this is what happen!
i just got this message,
" to complete installation, please restart your pc"
now i got the big problem!
i restart and every after it loads all the program now my pc always restart again and again
i only just go in the nearest internet cafe to log this and get some help
please helppppppppppppp!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
