Managing print queue on SimpleShare NAS
I have a SimpleTech SimpleShare NAS hard drive attached to my network and attached to its USB port is a printer.
Now if someone on the network tries to print and either the hard drive or the printer is switched off then the print job gets stuck in the queue and even once the equipment is switched on we don't seem to be able to release it from the queue.
In fact, we can't find any print queue management utility for this print server (inside the hard drive).
Any ideas?
