Free text summarizing tool

Does anybody know whether there is a free tool that generates text summaries?

As far as I know, there are very few free summarizers available.
Maybe you should try SenseExplore Summarizer...
This tool can highlight summaries in IE windows while you browse.
That's really handy sometimes... BTW it's free.
