Dos Prompt appearing when opening an Office Application

Hi,

I have no idea why Dos Prompt is appearing when opening an Office Application (i.e Word or Excel).

Can someone give me some ideas of how to fix this problem??

I don't know if this will be any use, but under Help( menue bar ) office has a Detect and Repair option in each programe. Like I said don't know if it will help or not, you will need the office CD.

I decided to take Office off and reinstall it. The DOS window hasn't appeared since so therefore problem solved. Thanks for your input Bookworm.
