Office 2003 and Internet

I am using XP pro service pack 2, I recently uploaded various patches from Microsoft that were for Office and XP. Since then, when I check my email in Microsoft Outlook, some, not all mail received prompts a dialog box to appear that is looking for Office 2000 premium (I used to have this on my system), if I keep clicking on cancel it simply goes away. I have noticed that this also happens with some websites.

Anyone got ideas on this please
