Recording Broadcasts-How Could I Do That?

I would like to record some broadcasts from the archives of a BBC Radio station on the Internet.

Is there any primitive recording program which could do this job and is free to download? If not, is there at least any sort of free trial version of the kind?

If your answer is 'no' again, then, finally, I wish to ask whether there are other softwares similar to Replay Radio 7 (which are able to do the same but are from other companies), and if yes, which ones are those.

Please, be so kind as to share with me if you have some information on the above.
