xvidcore.dll!!!!!!

Hi all

I have this wierd message popping up when I click on my video files,"xvidcore.dll missing" I want to burn these files on a disk but because of this error i cant! I downloaded the missing file but now that i have it i dont know where it should be. Help please. This is frustrating as hell!

You should place the file in WINDOWS /SYSTEM32 directory
