Cant Get Sound To Work

Hi everyone, i recently reformatted my computer and my sound drivers are gone. There is no sound on my computer and a yellow bubble with ! in it Next to Multimedia Audio Controller and Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller. can someone help me find the right driver i need for my computer to get the sound to work. Here is my information, id appreciate the help.

Set a System Restore Point before installing drivers just in case

Then go here to Dell http://support.euro.dell.com/support...&os=WW1&osl=EN

Install the Chipset driver, this will solve USB problem, RESTART after installation

Then install ADI 198x audio driver
