Hierachical Database Software

Does anyone know of any software out there that has a hierachical database?

I need to be able to import a CSV file into it and it output payments to me based upon that data.

Preferably MySQL database.

5 Levels deep.

I am going to utilize this software to pay out to our people.
A sale is made and commissions are paid out to 5 different people based upon the product that was sold.
