AviUtl Help!

I've just downloaded AviUtl .99, and managed to get it into english, but now evry time i try to open a file it comes up with a box full of '???' s, anyone know what this is about?

First off I would take this program off, and get somthing like AVG or Avast, there the leading freeware programs

just because you think you got the English version of a software from P2P sites doesn't mean it is actually is what they say it is

if you see stuff like ╫£šÓé▄› instead of words you could read, it mean you don't have the English version.
