Quattro Pro 8

My toolbar has lost the View, Insert, Format, and Tools buttons. I am also getting an error message on startup which says "Unable to load DIALOG.MMC MENU". Does anybody know what has happened. I have even unloaded and reloaded the entire program. I am using Corel WordPerfect Suite 8 along with Windows XP. It has worked just fine for the last two years.
