Office 2003 picture attachments

Is there any way in Outlook 2003 I can get it to display pictures in the body of an email I receive even when the pictures have been sent as attachments?

There are certain things you can set on your outlook to do for you but I don't think this would be an option that could be done....format of the email in determined by the composer of the email not the receiver.

I understand what you are saying about the format being determined by the sender.
...However, when I recieve email in Outlook express, even if the sender sent the picture as an attachment, there is an option to view the picture in the body of the message rather than having to open each pic individually, or copying and pasting them then viewing them. The problem is I can't find that option in Outlook. I figured that if outlook express has the option then surely Outlook 2003 will as it is a more premium product
