How can I move an Application to a new PC

I currently have an application running on a PC with Windows XP.

I no longer have the original CD of the application.

How can I move the application to the new PC, using say a memory stick and register it etc in the registry so that it runs correctly?

Moving Application

Hi Oldtimer,

Thanks for response.

Both PCs are laptops and I am not sure that I can fit a second drive.

I had hoped that somebody would say that there was a piece of Freeware that does the transfer, via memory stick or using a net connection.

Thumbs up

Share the drive that has the application installed. On the other laptop, map a drive to the destination laptop to retrieve the application. But make sure they are linked with cat-5 cable of course.
