Error message when opening a new software

i downloaded the free software atomix mp3 turntables but when i open it, it comes up with a error message saying:

"atomixmp3.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Can anyone help me out, i would really appricate it
