Assigning keyboard keys to pasting predetermined text?

Hello,

How might I assign certain keys on the keyboard to paste predetermined text that I set up somewhere? Just as an example, if I want to press alt+0 to paste my e-mail address, alt+1 to paste my phone number, etc.

Thanks
