AOL / microsoft conflict???

Hi everyone Having spent the last week talking with AOL help and going round in circles need help with problem before I go bald !!! I am running with windows ME on Toshiba laptop with AOL 9.0 using IE and OE for browsing/email without a problem until modem started acting up. Have broadband with Voyager 105 modem. DSL light became unstable and not able to log on the AOL so reinstalled broadband. Modem now OK and can connect with AOL but cannot log on to any of my websites. IE comes up with Cannot find server ........page cannot be displayed. Worked fine before and now cannot use email in outlook express or MSN message server not found........Have reinstalled IE, OE, and AOL 9.0 but still have problem Have followed advice of AOL help they no help now as they just suggest the same old procedures.................

Is Windows ME compatible with AOL 9.0??

The operating system is quite old and AOL 9.0 is a few months old.

I have AOL 9.0 on my laptop with Windows XP and they did not conflict.

I think you have a compatibility issue with both of these.
