Database software required

I am looking for a piece of software for my new business. Basically it is to capture contact information from enquiries and we are looking for an off the shelf product. Our requirements are that we can ideally automatically populate the database from forms on our website and perform e-mail shots from the database. We'd also like to be able to run reports e.g to see how many leads have been passed to each distributor and what happened to them.

The only package I know a little about is Microsoft Access but any suggestions would be appreciated.
