Norton is not allowing me to internet

[I have pc with xp sp1 and I have problem with my Norton Firewall, When I am connect to Internet no sites will open when norton is Enabled but When I disable the Norton Firewall no momement my site will open and When it is disabled site shows an error of "Cannnot Find Server" I also checked Norton Firewall that it has not blocked the IE or any sites but everthing is ok, so please any body help me to continue internet surfing with Norton Firewall

First of all I would upgrade to Windows XP Service Pack 2 for security.

Second, remove Norton completely from your PC, it is nothing but trouble. Find a free firewall in the website below or use Windows firewall with Service Pack 2.
