Login problem in yahoo messenger

hello friends, iam having a problem in yahoo messenger...my problem is different one compare to other's problem coz some people could find the error where it came from..in my case its totally different ..i dont know the error yet..it doesnt show anything ...so i cant find out my error ..my problem is that whenever i tried to login the messenger ..no matter..its simply came out ..n messenger window automatically shut down..i dont know how..n i reinstalled it ..but it didnt work as before..i ve been searching the soln in this forum..but i didnt get soln yet...coz as i said earlier its different one.. no one had this kind of problem i suppose...thats y i came n typed new thread..i know this is very small problem..though i need ur help..please tell me to solve it...

If you are referring to Steve Gibson's Shoot the Messenger, that only applies to the Windows Messenger Service, as per the following link: -

The OP was referring to Yahoo Messenger.

hello friends..thanks for ur reply..but i didnt get rid of it ..i can enter with different id n its working fine..but i couldnt enter with that particular id..iam not interested to create new id morethan that i have many friends id in that id only..so i would like to use my id ..can u please help me..
