Not able to access internet explorer.

My Internet Explorer has been hijacked (i.e. my browser web page cannot be changed from a site that I don't want). What can I do?

Download AdAware (from link below) and install it. After installation, run a scan. This will pickup the stuff causing the web page hijack, you can delete them after the scan and you are free from the hijack.

Download any free anti spy ware program that can help you from hijackers
I recommend you to download the free program called Spy ware sweeper
This will manually remove the spy ware, which is hijacking your browser.

I always find it better and faster to scan for nasty's and such in safe mode with networking. Reboot your computer, hit and hold the f8 button. Choose start windows in safe mode with networking. Run your scans. Yes your screen will look funny, icons will be huge. Promise thats normal.
