Post Connecting PC to Laptop Screen

I am running a PC with Windows XP Home and a Laptop with Windows XP, and I was wondering if there would be a way to connect the PC to the screen of the laptop using my VGA cord. I cannot use a wireless network to do it.

You will need a cable and splitter that will connect to both the monitor of the PC and to the laptop.
