Norton Ghost 12 doesn't allow me to safely remove external hard drive.
My computer is a 2 duo, windows xp, ghost 12.
I cannot safely remove the external hard drive because Norton Ghost 12 doesn't allow me. When I want to remove the external hard drive , I select the Icon " Safely remove hardware" but appear a message that says " cannot eject the hardware because is in use". I know that I can't safely remove the hard disk because the ghost is locking the external hard drive.
But I don't know how to unlock the hard disk from Ghost. Somebody can help me?
