Cookie Rejection

My mum is a big user of EBAY. But each time I vist the EBAY site I recieve cookie rejection errors such as :

Cookie Rejection
Set Cookie (Then a jumble of numbers)
Open Cookies with

I've tried third-party internet browsers such as Mozilla Firefox with no luck.
Their are also problems with javascript, I have the lastest java runtime environment installed and java is enabled on my Internet browsers
PLEASE HELP

in internet explorer,,, go to tools tab,,,click on internet options,,then go to privacy tab,,enable override automatic cookie handling..also enable first party cookies and third party cookies set to accept,, and also always allow session cookies,,, you can also go to sites tab and enter ebay address and allow..close down ie and open again it should do the trick. also clear your cache,,temp internet files,,also cookies.
