Sorry to double post but this board constantly logs me out when I write a longish reply.
This is a spying tool. Are you sure it was accidentally installed, or did someone maliciously install it?

This application is a commercial keylogger capable of capturing keystrokes and thereby recording passwords, logins, confidential e-mails, and any other typed information. Commercial keyloggers are developed for businesses and home computer security. They have legitimate uses, but can easily be used as Spyware. SpyAgent allows intruders to view logs from a dedicated Web page.

Very dangerous tool that you would not install on your own computer.
Try to remove it immediately! then change all passwords that may have been recorded.
You need to enforce a few protection routines. Install the below apps for your own protection and peace of mind.
Spybot:

Spywareblaster:

IEspyad:

A hosts file:

Just using the above four links will give a massive improvement in online safety from these threats. Just make sure you check for updates at least once a week.
There are a couple of settings in windows control panel that allow these things to download unhindered. If you reply tio this, i will go through them for you.
Ok, get a decent browser. IE is all well and good, but it's protection features are zero.
I use Maxthon:

There's Opera:
http://www.opera.com/
Firefox:
http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ (not one i like)
A decent firewall to prevent your browser being used as a server. (would prevent the spy app from reporting home) Don't depend on XPs firewall or some useless ISP provided stuff. Comodo is good, and free:

Proper AV. I prefer Nod32. Choice is as allways, what suits you best.
