Unhappy isafe service has encountered a problem

Anyone could offer some assistance ? Recently,I have problem opening the internet explorer take about 5-8 mins. After which I receive this error message " isafe service has encountered a problem and need to closed" . I can still surf the net after closing the error box . Is there any solution I can get rid of this error message ? Its been driving me nuts . My computer is running on Xp and with Zonealarm anti-virus program . But ever since this message surface ,I have uninstalled the anti-virus program but that doesn't help either .

You have CA protection installed?
C:\Program Files\CA\CA Internet Security Suite\CA Anti-Virus\ISafe.exe
It is bombing out and leaving you unprotected. Run a few system checks using Malware scanners.
My advice is to use another app instead of CA
