Desktop Icons

My icons on my desktop wont show and also the blue bar thing on the bottom that has a "start" i tried using the windows task manager (how i got here) and used the "new task" and put desktop or explorer.exe but it says /idlist,:0:3016,C:\Document Can anyone explain why i dun got my icons showing

my icons disappeared after i restarted my comp...then i went to windows task manager and went to new task and put explorer.exe now my icons and task bar keeps disappearing and reappearing!
and it said /idlist,:0:1624,C:\Document ... (the 0 thing i think its an o or a zero)
