My friend sends me many files with is notation, but I can't view or open?

to open .mim extensions,, your need winzip,, there zipped files he sent you,, heres the link for D/L http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/win/13171 its not free but if you need it ,,i can get from bittorent.

I can open the files but when they get directed to Windows fax and viewer no image apears! Any suggestions.
