Spyware software

I have Spywareguard, Spyware Blaster, Spyware Terminator, Spyware Doctor, and Spybot Search and Destroy, as well as Adaware and AVG. I know I can't have all these running, but which should I run at startup.
I notice Spywareguard always says it's up to date, but it also says its last definitions were 1/22/04. What gives with this?

i think out of them lot spybot S&D is the best , i just run avg free and avg anti spyware 7.5 thats it. never get any problems. to many in the system will use alot of ram and resourses. you must be using alot of processes in the task manager, i only use 33. if there all installed they are all running on your pc.

I use both Ad Aware and AVG.

AVG always looks for an update file once logged onto the PC and keeps itself upto date and Ad Aware can be easily updated by following the instructions.

I'd advise to use both of these.
